Low exhaust pressure can trigger a shutdown when the machine cannot reach its minimum pressure setpoint. The cause is usually a leak or a control problem.
Air Leaks
A large leak in the piping or fittings bleeds pressure faster than the compressor can build it.
Intake Restriction
A clogged intake filter limits airflow and pressure rise.
Control Valve Fault
A stuck inlet or minimum pressure valve prevents pressure from building normally.
Fixing It
Isolate and seal leaks, replace the intake filter, and test the control valves in order.
